Living with intention — creating space for care, clarity, and purpose
while working on what inspires and motivates me.
Howdy!
I’m Drew Lincoln — based in San Francisco, California
Over the past decade, I’ve built a career at the intersection of startups, partnerships, and growth strategy — helping founders and companies scale through meaningful relationships, smart go-to-market playbooks, and communities that last. My work has taken me from wilderness instructor in Maine, to teaching in China, to shaping the Bay Area startup ecosystem.
My life extends far beyond business. I’m also a husband, photographer, writer, cook, teacher, skier, hiker, cat dad (2x), cyclist, meditator, and history and philosophy nerd.
These hobbies and practices keep me grounded, creative, and connected — and I bring that same balance into my work with others.
This site is a place where my professional expertise meets personal inspiration: a space for people who want to grow their careers, their companies, and their lives with clarity and intention.
Startup Consulting

I help startups and professionals unlock their next stage of growth.
For startups: I design and scale partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and founder/VC programs that drive measurable results.
For founders: I act as a thought partner, helping leaders and professionals navigate career transitions, build influence, and align work with values.
If you’re looking for perspective, strategy, or accountability — I can help you chart the path forward
Photography & Storytelling
A camera has always been my way of slowing down. From early days shooting landscapes to documenting travels through South Africa and then Asia, to exploring the West and Eastern Sierras, photography helps me see the world with clarity and gratitude.
Here you’ll find moments and stories that remind me, and hopefully you, to look closer and live more fully.
Books & Writing
I believe wisdom compounds. Books, philosophy, and reflection have shaped how I approach both business and my personal life. I have found inspiration in all schools of thought (east and west) and
Here, I share writing projects and reflections — on history, culture, philosophy, and the daily practices that create meaning. Think of it as a resource for both professional growth and personal clarity.
